Size not right

I usually wear between size 6 and 8. For this specific one I ordered a size 8 which turned out too small and I couldn’t even exchange for a size bigger since it was a final sale. I wish I could at least be allowed to exchange for a size that would fit. Bad idea on this one for online purchase.
