Silky and form fitting, not stretchy

This is why I like to go in the store and not order online. The material was silky, but that side gathering made the dress look like it was stretchy. It’s a straight dress, which made it tight. I was anxiously awaiting this dress to wear to a very, very special occasion. Back to the drawing board. This is going back.
