Baccarat Rouge 540 is a universal, luminous and intense fragrance with woody ambery floral notes, a one-of-a-kind condensed olfactory signature with a long-lasting sillage. Inspired by the 250th anniversary of Baccarat, Francis Kurkdjian wanted to convey the poetic alchemy of crystal-making in this woody ambery floral fragrance, imagining a unique creation based on 3 'auras'. In the top notes, the breezy facets of jasmine flowers and the radiance of saffron evoke the aura of air. They are highlighted by an accord evoking ambergris and dry woody tones, embodying the mineral aura. Lastly, the aura of fire is suggested by the addictive sensuality of ethyl maltol, a note with gourmand facets. Slightly disappointed

The fragrance itself is beautiful when first applied—fresh and elegant, with a lovely opening that feels very inviting. Unfortunately, the biggest drawback is its longevity. The scent fades within just a couple of hours, and I find myself needing to reapply much sooner than I would expect for a perfume at this price point. If you’re looking for something light for a quick outing, it might work, but if you want lasting power throughout the day, this one may not meet your expectations.

Beautiful scent.

Absolutely beautiful scent got so many compliments how beautiful I smell definitely it will be out on my Christmas list this year 11ml is a good travel size beautifully packaged in posh looking box will look good for gifting to a loved one price wise I think you paying for quality and London lasting smell that stays for a whole day if not longer I think it's worth every penny .

Luxury perfume

Everything about this perfume felt luxury. From the smell to the packaging. The scent is very strong and you only need to spray a little bit. I had lots of compliments when wearing. I would definitely wear on special occasions rather than every day use.

A nice perfume

It's a pretty nice fragrance, has a woody scent to it with a hint of jasmine somewhere in there. Overall a nice perfume, lasts well and got me a couple of compliments. Only had a sample so can't comment on packaging or the bottle itself, but assume it would be okay as a gift.

Qalit and unique

When I received this product I was surprised how luxurious it looked really like the packaging look and size because it perfectly fits in my bag.Thr scent is seriously unique. It starts off sweet and airy with a bit of a “candy” vibe, but then it turns warm and woody as it settles. It’s super strong — a couple of sprays last all day, and people will notice it I get lots of compliments and questions about what perfume it is. It definitely feels luxurious, but it’s not for everyone. If you like bold, standout fragrances, this one’s worth trying.
