The Maison Jules skinny jeans are my new favorite pants! They are a win all across the board. Though they are called 'jeans', any idea that they might be stiff or heavy was completely gone as soon as I felt them. They are a nice lightweight material that is incredibly soft. The fit is very flattering as well as slimming. I have worn them for many different occasions, both casual and a bit dressed up. I have received many compliments while wearing them. My favorite detail is the exposed buttons in front instead of the typical zipper. Its a nice touch that makes them unique. I would love to get more of these pants in other colors.
Comfortable black jeans
I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable these jeans were! They are a higher-waist style & they run a little on the bigger size if you're in in between sizes. The button fly is easy to use too.
Cute and Comfortable
I was surprised at how much I really, really like these pants. They run true to size. The material is very stretchy and feel like your favorite pair of yoga pants but look like a quality pair of jeans. I am 5'5" and they are just about an inch too long as there was a little bit of scrunch at the ankle. Can dress up with a cute pair of heels or wear super casual. Definitely a great staple in your wardrobe.
Great but...
These do have great stretch but are not as high waisted as I'd hoped for. They do have slight odor to them but I've noticed black jeans always have a dye odor to them. All in all good jean!
Good quality
This pant is a good, true fit with a bit higher waist which is nice for those of us over 30. I especially like the button fly which IMO looks more flattering on everyone. This is a great staple in my wardrobe.
Comfy and cute
Wow I didn’t expect these to fit so well. I love these and want more pairs. They are true to size; I normally wear an 8 or 29 and these fit the same. Good amount of stretch, not stiff jean. Since these are ankle they fit me perfect for my 5ft 4in height. I tend to purchase ankle length to avoid having to hem my jeans. No zipper on these; button up. Make my bum look nice. My bf complements me when I wear these.
Softest pants - Can be dressed up or down
From the moment I took these pants out of the package I was impressed with how soft they were. They look like they should feel more like jeans, but they are such a soft lighterweight material. I like the button fly, it is quite stylish. I am 5'11" and they run a tad short on me, but for the summer months, they are perfect to roll up and make into crops (see picture). My only issue with them is that after wearing all day, they sag a little. I have to pull up whenever I stand up. I'm hoping after I wash them that this will be a little better. Otherwise, overall these pants are great and perfect to dress up or down and great for all seasons.
Perfect Pair of Pants
I have always been skeptical about getting jeans with buttons instead of zipper. This pair really blew me away. The buttons are super easy to button and unbutton. The fit is great and the best part is these are stretchy. Perfect to wear day and night. I was able to wear them to work and make a business casual look. Very slimming on the body.
