Super Soft and Adorable!

The yellow color against the small navy polka dot hood and cuffs gives this raincoat a very classy, standout look. The material is water resistant but it is very soft, not stiff nor heavy, it's lovely! I sized up because I like to layer but it appears to run spot on. I wore it to work immediately, rain or no rain, and everyone loved it! The subtle nautical look is a plus!
