    • Winged Liner: Start by applying classic liner; follow lower lash line in an upward angle using side of felt-tip applicator to connect from outer eye toward center of eye in one sweeping motion; use tip of applicator to perfect line on eye
    • Pro Tip: To achieve a double wing effect, first find where white of eye and iris meet, then extend a second line from this point, keeping it parallel to original line, creating a slightly shorter line for a double wing effect

Disappointing Purchase!

This eyeliner is unusable and poor quality to say the least. The application is heavy and thick, there is no way to apply a thin line. It also effects your eyelashes, sticking them together...so unattractive! If this wasn't enough, it stings the eyes and has an odor and I was NOT ABLE TO USE THE PRODUCT. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR A BETTER PRODUCT!

Best Liquid Eyeliner for watery eyes

I have bad allergies so my eyes are constantly watering plus oily lids too. I literally can ONLY wear aqua resist color ink ALL DAY. It is the best thing i discovered in 2016 and use to this day.

Not As Pictured

I ordered Khaki Twinkle based off the photos, the eyeliner is way darker than pictured (it almost looks black). It also made my eyes red and watery. I used eye makeup remover and face cleanser and still had glitter all over my face.

Very good with caveats

Been using for two months to draw a line on my upper lid after applying primer AND shaking the bottle. After it dries down, I add shadow and pencil liner to smoke it out. This technique allows me to have eyeliner on my hooded lids all day, because the Aqua Resist line stays in place after the smoky stuff wears away. - Is it perfectly in place? No, but it is still there at night when I go to remove it. - Is it easy to apply? Not really - the top of the brush often has a thin piece of lint and the product comes out of the bottle unevenly around the brush. But at least it comes to a precise point. (I find felt tip-type brushes better in this respect, and easier to apply. They just don't have the staying power that this product has). Will likely repurchase for staying power, but it's not a holy grail.

Not it!

This eyeliner was terrible from the minute I opened the packaging. It leaks everywhere, is super runny, and draws a horribly thick line that does not budge for corrections. I couldn't even finish one full eye without it being a total disaster. The design of the "inkwell" style eyeliner just doesn't work with the product consistency or quality. I ended up returning this and will not recommend to others.
