Macys sent me a used handbag

The bag i bought was a returned item that was sent to me. It was not in the original packaging. The hardware was scratched. There were marks and dirt inside the bag. Macys sent the wrong color and all this after waiting 2 weeks to get it. Never again will i buy from this company.
