Great dress, too big at the top

It's beautiful - I would size down. The material is not loose and does not fall down, it is actually like a real cotton men's shirt, just long. The top section was big for my size. I am short and it swallowed me. Otherwise, it is very different and stands out from the rest, if it is styled correctly.
