Defective x2

It was love at first site. I adore the color. Unfortunately, the heel on the right shoe was defective. When I wore them to work, I couldn't figure out why it felt like I was walking funny. The heel was slanted but only the right one. I returned the original pair & repurchased them because I thought it was defective. Nope, I put them on in the house & made sure everything was ok & they were. After walking around at work, the right heel leaned sideways & when I took it off & looked at it, it did the same thing the 1st pair did.
