Messed up orders

My order was doubled and I cannot see my recent orders on my account to check my billing, the box they came in was destroyed. I ordered a men's large t shirt and received a medium????

Nice feel

The fabric feels nice to the touch but the sweater is to loose. It runs very big so size down. I am 5'7, 170 I purchased a size L and it was way to big for me.
