Not a coat

Arrived in a bag looking wrinkled as a prune. Thin fabric with no lining so it is definitely not suitable for “chilly weather” as described. I liken this to an early spring dress fabric. The quality of “construction” is decent but for the price and description, I would hope for at least a lining; the lack of one and the thin fabric make it look cheap. I’ll be returning it.
