I am really disappointed with

I am really disappointed with this machine. I have been using it for less than 2 months and it has already developed a problem. It still charges but when I use it it will not turn on. I opened it and saw that the motor was rusted. The ad said that the machine would work when used with water. But when I opened it I was surprised that the motor was completely rusted. Please give me an explanation or a return.
