We get it! You're eager to get whackin' with your new Weed Whacker™ 2.0, but it sounds like your trimmer arrived uncharged. This is nothing to worry about and luckily a quick fix.
Before using your new and improved Weed Whacker™ 2.0 for the first time, it will need to be fully charged.
To fully charge it, plug your USB-C charging cable into any USB-C charging port. A full charge will take approximately 8 hours and will give you up to 45 minutes of runtime.
If your device still doesn't turn on after bringing it to a full charge and you are within Macy's return policy, please take it back to Macy's or email us at macys.support@manscaped.com for further assistance.
Scissors work better.
Scissors do a better job than this trimmer. It hardly trims at all. Waste of money.
