The fur is not soft like the pictures

This jacket is a good one, but the fur is not soft like the pictures which changes in the style

Cute

I ordered XL and glad I did because the sleeves would have been too short otherwise. Overall I like jacket albeit the fur looks kinda cheap.Would have given 5 stars if not for the fur.

junior means short!

the jacket is short! means if you are under 5" tall it would work for you. also very puffy and material isn't soft. I returned it. Ok the hood doesn't come off.

Disappointed

first first thing I noticed was it's not Arctic blue it's gray. Then when tryed to zip up the fur goes all the way to the zipper in which it its stuck in when trying to zip up.

Color not blue, but cute jacket

Like others I bought the Frozen Blue for my teen daughter. It is gray not blue. Sleeves are a little long. However it is an adorable jacket. She loves the oversized hood. It fits perfectly in all other places. I used the measurement sizing guide and we have no issues. Great value for the sale price. I now have to get one for my daughter in college because she loves it too.
