Worst Customer Service

Purchasing this item thru Macy's has been the worst costumer service experience ever. I'm still in the process of trying to get my money back. They sent me another item when I asked for a refund. I've contacted them 4 times over this issue and it's still unresolved. They have these same shoes on Zappos and the costumer service is way better. Don't buy shoes from Macy's unless you want to get lowkey scammed.
