Strap keeps falling Dow

I really wanted to love this shoe. But as soon as I started walking the strap falls down.

pretty but strap is too largre

really pretty and received several compliments but like others the strap around my ankle was too big and falling, I had to poke my own hole

strap falling off

i love the style and quality of this shoes, however, straps are falling off and would never stay. sadly, i had to wear my old shoes instead due to being uncomfortable.

strap slipping

these sandals are very fashionable. the color is nice nit too bright just right. the heel is comfortable height. the only thing the back sling is too loose, even when it is hooked at the last hole on the strap. maybe someone with thicker heel or foot may not have this issue. I gave a three because of the strap issue

Back Slips Off

Really pretty heel, but the back strap slips off even on the smallest buckle hole. The back strap is about half an inch off from the back of my heel. I am a size 6 and sadly these are not for narrow feet. Sizing down would not work as the front straps would then be too tight and toes would be at the tip of the shoe. These will have to be returned.
