Used shoes

Shoes came worn from the store and a big black mark on the tip of the shoe . No big deal but at least who shipped the shoes should at least clean them ! Step up your game macys please ! This is the first time I received something like this . Beautiful shoes dough I will keep cause I was able to get rid of the black stain on the shoe thou or else I would of send them back
