I have been watching this loafer for a long time and it finally went on sale so I ordered it. The shoe is fantastic. Very high quality and extremely comfortable. The patent leather adds a special touch to the shoe. Buy it!!

Love these shiny shoes!
Love these shoes! I love shiny patent shoes. If you like that, you will love these. They are comfortable but they are slightly bigger than my normal size. Although, I don’t know if a smaller size would be as comfortable.
Not what I expected
I have these shoes in patent leather red and they are gorgeous. I literally get stopped and complimented on them every time I wear them. I loved them so much I bought them for my mother this past Christmas. I then bought them in blue leather, and here is where the bad review comes in. The shoes were defected with holes where there were no stitches. I called Marc Joseph stores back east and the lady heard my issue and asked for an email with pictures. I sent the information as requested and never heard back from “Francine” again. I returned them to the store only to find the refund had to come from the maker and I had to wait about 10 days for my money to be refunded to my card. Here is a footnote, I still purchased this pair that looked like an oyster color. Nope, it was a much darker taupe. Beautiful shoe, but the color looked like a dark mushroom or a snail. I am returning them and waiting a couple of weeks for my money back. Very bad experience.
HORRIBLE COMPANY
Like the shoes, they run big. Would recommend going 1/2 size smaller, however, I returned 2 pair and it took an act of Congress to get a refund. I called Marc Joseph after weeks of 1 pair not showing refunded but showed they were received. I was told to calm down & to just wait. I was told this after having to call back an hour after the business was open because no one showed up for work. I’ll NEVER order another item from this company. BUYER BEWARE! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE OF THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
