Perfect Jacket but stitching comes loose

this jacket rids the need of a scarf and a hat because it’s all built-in and it’s comfortable. it’s warming even in the coldest of temperatures in the northeast. However, the quality control is lacking, as the stitching is coming loose and some of the puffer material is leaving. I emailed Macys customer support about this and they told me to try my luck at store for a return
