Elegant coat but exspected more.

I bought this coat via a customer service rep. who was amazing and I have never met anyone this helpful! Therefore, I absolutely recommend Bloomingdale's customer service - it's fabulous. The coat itself is nice, it's an elegant coat. However, I expected it to be more fluffy and shiny, and I thought the faux fur on the hoodie would look more natural. Other than that I have not worn it yet and I am not sure if it is as warm as I hope for it to be. All in all, it's a cute coat! I'm glad I didn't pay the full price though.

Style!

LOVE THIS COAT. Feeling stylish in a puffer coat is no easy task. This does it, with or without belt.

super cute but runs big

Very stylish and warm but runs big. I am a reliable small but will be exchanging for an XS. When the hood is down it looks like epaulets on my shoulders.
