Beautiful

I purchased the Caribbean blue sofa, 2 chairs and ottoman earlier this year. The color is stunning and the leather is a very nice quality. The lumbar cushioning makes it comfortable and the nailhead finishes are a nice touch. We don’t use the room it’s in very much, so I expect it will last years and years. Glad I made this purchase.

Love this Beautiful Sofa!!!

Absolutely Love this sofa!!! Love color a soft blue grey, very neutral blending color. The leather is beautiful soft texture. Very comfortable.

Macys Furniture is worst customer service

I ordered Marick 93” leather arm roll sofa form Macys . The order was made on the phone with a live agent who set us up with the delivery date of the sofa . I was called and told a day before the delivery the 3 hour window . But the sofa was never delivered . It is still in stock on the website and customer service says the sales check was made and then the sofa is no longer available. . I spoke to the Macys customer credit services department who booked the sofa and gave me the sales check . Macys have extremely lowered their customer service . It’s not worth trusting Macys web site or credit and customer service with any purchase . Very upsetting customer Sevice . .

Amazing couch!

First couch we ever purchased online (and without sitting on it). We get more compliments on this couch than any before it AND it's incredibly comfortable.

Definitely not worth the price. Not very sturdy.

Beautiful sofa but anyone overweight can't sit on it. Received ours the week after Christmas and the left side is falling off/loose already! It has creaked whenever someone sits down ever since it arrived. I noticed the entire side is loose. At this price point you would think a two hundred pound person could sit on it. Now we have to try to repair it. Very disappointing as I absolutely loved it!

This sofa is absolutely beautiful and good quality t… BUT … the color on line does not look the same to me as the picture. Was not what I expected. Would recommend this sofa to anyone who wants a sofa that has more green and less Aqua or blue tones. Very disappointed it didn’t work for me. I still give it a 👍up.
