Very disappointing to receive an opened product. The mask was unsealed and a third of the product gone. Could not send as a Christmas gift as I had planned. I emailed the customer service email listed on Macys website only to receive a message that was no longer a valid email. Terrible customer service from Macys. Mario Badescu products are wonderful but no one wants to received used items.
