Poor quality

Not the quality I expected for the price and I purchased it on sale. As others have stated, the lid is cloudy even after washing. I washed it twice with warm soapy water. It is too bad because the stone is ver nice. I returned it.

Gorgeous plate for wedding cake!

I ordered this item less than 36 hours before my wedding. I planned on using the Godinger La Cucina cake stand to display my wedding cake, but that item arrived broken into 3-4 pieces and I didn't check it until three days before my wedding. So I had to go on hyper shopping mode. Thankfully, Macy's to the rescue. This cake dome and marble base was on sale and available at a nearby Macy's, so I was able to order it online and have my future mother-in-law pick it up for me the day before my wedding. What a lifesaver! This was the plate that displayed my wedding cake at my wedding, and I'm sure it looked beautiful! (You know, many brides hardly notice details on their wedding days because so much is going on. I mostly just saw the cake and the cake table, haha!)

Poor Quality

Expected better quality. Dome was scratched, chipped, and cloudy. I purchased both the cake dome and cheese dome. Both were in the same condition. Returning for refund.
