Mattress pad uncomfortable

Mattress Pad came rolled up so tight and it wouldn’t relax to even remotely come close to fitting my King bed. Also stiff and uncomfortable.

Not acceptable

This is my third Mattress pad same brand but the others are 3 inch. This 2 inch one has been flat on the floor to inflate for over two weeks, even though the edges are mostly 2 inches the creases from packing are as they were when we opened it. I am returning it.

Bad rxperience, twice

After 5 days would not deflate, the maufacturer said take back as delivery date on tag too old and stock not rotated properly. Exchanged for 2nd one and after 4 days deflated 2/3rds, rest of topper was flat and lumpy, maufacturer said take back even though delvery date of february 2018 should have been ok. I gave up, not worth the pain of returning it.
