I bought 2 of these full size Martha Stewart couches for my new great room, and I am nothing but pleased with the whole experience and especially with the couches. Steve, at the Macy's furniture store, was very helpful as he showed me the product, and spoke of all of the features and quality. I am very happy with the rich, soft color marble. Steve called it "mushroom" and I agree. They are very comfortable and give our great room a classy and finished look.They are long enough for me or my husband to lay on them but are not too tall or oversized. Beautiful stitching lines and curves. Excellent delivery service, very courteous and professional work. I too bought the extended warranty, for inadvertent damage, and it is refundable if not used after 5 years. Go to Macy's and check these couches out! They ARE gorgeous!

The sofa is of excellent quality, and worth the extra investment over lower cost models. It is larger in real life than it looks online or even in the showroom, because the back is taller than my old sofa. Being able to see the item in the showroom before finalizing my purchase decision was critical. Also critical was my ability to return the item locally if it did not work in my living room. The Martha Steward Collection brand name has very high quality standards that are worth paying more for. The leather is thick and durable, not thin and stretchy, and worth the extra cost over lower cost non name brand sofas. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the product and the brand, as well as the delivery process. I don't normally go for extended warranties on home products, but Macy's warranty covers accidental damage by people or pets, and if you do not make a claim, you get the premium refunded to you at the end of the policy in the form of a Macy's furniture store credit. The delivery process was flawless. I'd never bought furniture from Macy's before, but it will be my first stop on any future purchase.

The chocolate leather is sumptuous, the size and styling of the curved armrests is perfectly in proportion, the cushions are plush but provide support, and the dimensions of this furniture are ideal - not too deep or shallow. I bought the sofa, loveseat and recliner and it's the best purchase ever - I anticipate at least 15 years from this well-constructed set. Thank you Martha Stewart!

I purchased this recliner 2 years ago and it is as beautiful today as it was then. Has held up perfectly under heavy use. Highly recommend this product.

Have owned sofa, recliner, and ottoman for several months. All pieces provide good back support and comfort. Salesperson was knowledgeable. Delivery people were professional, timely, and courteous. Upon arrival, they unrolled an actual red carpet!
