Fyi no liquid in globe

Cute owls. But not what we wanted, there is no liquid in the globe.

Cute but non functioning

I received this item as a Christmas gift and it is lovely in appearance, but the item needs 3 AAA batteries to work (it lights up but does not circulate the "snow" in the snow globe). However, mine was defective in that the little cover over the battery compartment would not open but rather crumbled in my hand as I tried to open it. It was latched with a super tiny screw that I could not remove, because the opening latch did not work. I was unable to insert the batteries and therefore unable to light up the snow globe. Cute, but non-functional.
