Beautiful but damaged.

Wow! This is beautiful but it arrived damaged. The entire top was rusted and ruined. It had been wet at some time.

never buy this product it is an embarrassment

I highly recommend you do NOT buy this product much cheaper and better quality products else where!! I purchased this for my brother and I was simply embarrassed whenever he pulled it out of the box to find many scratches and chips in the paint!! EMBARRASSING!!!!!

came with damage that looks like rust

This came with severe scrapes along one top edge that looks like rust --- This is horrible that it was packed this way. I am just glad I opened it and checked it before wrapping this gift! Maybe Macy's should have done that prior to sending it to me as the outer packing was excellent but what was inside the manufacture box was not fit to give as a gift. What is sad is that the rest of the bucket looks excellent... but the top edge of one third, looks like it was run through a metal grinder until it rusted.

OK product.

overall product is nice. but the coating and finish could use inspection. there are fine scuffs and scratches on the edge of the bucket and tongs. didn't return or exchange as it was on sale for decent price.

Disappointed with quality of the product

The first bucket was a gift that was delivered to my home. Had to return it because the lid was stuck. I order a second bucket that came with a tarnished pull. Will be returning it for a refund.

Scratched

It’s beautiful but came all scratched and the box completely messed up, it even fell to the floor when I grabbed it. I don’t recommend it
