Not a good design.

The gripper is more of a disaster. It shreds everything before you can slice it.

Mandolin

Excellent product, however, it is very sharp and the user needs to be extremely careful not to slice their finger/fingers when using.

Great value

Worked great on sweet potatoes. Not so well on apples- i guess they were too soft? I like that you can select 3 different thickness levels. Safety guard/ holder worked well with sweet potatoes.

All around favorite

This has become a regular daily utensil in our home. Makes light work of any slicing for recipes. I use it to quickly slice onions then dice further. Great for cheeses, veggies,etc.

Great help in the kitchen!!

I love this!! No need to pull out the large mandolin when you have this one. East to clean and it works great!!!

Relief,no longer slicing my nails,(lol). A nice addition to have. Makes my prep easy and less consuming.

the plastic was creaking the 1st time i used it. the hand apparatus that holds the vegetables does not affix to the veggie.
