Swivel you must not

If you swivel you get hurt. The seat frame is smaller than the base frame which has sharp corners and scratches your legs when you swivel around. Don' through the packing away, specially after assembling them; otherwise returning them may be more of a headache since you need to boxed them prior to return them via UPS. Looks and comfort pass the test, but if your pay for swivel you are out of luck
