Stitching coming apart

The embroidery on this is coming apart at the nutcracker's eye. It's clear that it will just keep coming out in that area. I also got the christmas tree towels and those are really nice. I just wish this one was too for the price point. I won't be returning it because I don't want to go to a UPS store and return a single towel during a pandemic. I tried uploading a photo 5x of it (in different formats) and it wouldn't let me.
