Like it; but could be improved
Like others have mentioned, it needs a tension arm to keep the towels from unwinding. Unless I take great care, there's at least a corner dangling down and touching the counter. Another issue is that when the roll get down in size, more effort is required to get the mechanism to turn when the towels are pulled. That being said, I like it a lot more than the problematic holder it replaced. It's attractive, and generally works as it's suppose to. I'd probably buy it again.
