I was very disappointed with my experience. I went in to pick up my order and the wrong size was pulled and I had to return the item in that same transaction. I was surprised the customer service team member didn’t correct the error and grab the right size for me. Additionally, I had a couple hours left to decide if I wanted the out of stock item shipped to me and the request was closed before I could make my selection.

The foam is too thick and my son wobbles in them. Not well made.
