After 1 year we still love our recliner sofa

We purchased this recliner in brown and received it a year ago in November 2020. We love our sofa! After 1 year, it is still very comfortable and plenty spacious for 2 people. Friends of ours always head for the sofa whenever they visit and compliment us on how much they love it. The leather is very good quality and has held up very well. I wish we could have paid the close-out price that it's listed for now but we have no regrets; we are very happy with our beautiful recliner sofa.

Horrid recliner!!

Do not buy this recliner! It is the last piece of large furniture we will buy from Macy's. Recliner started out firm, looked good, and gave great back support. Six months after purchased, recliner, recliner turned to mush!! After scheduled for inspection was canceled at least a couple of times, inspector arrived, schedule another visit to have recliner repaired and we waited once again. Finally service rep arrived with bags of filler. Recliner was comfortable for another month!. Manufactures warranty ran out. Now we are sitting in holes and pillows behind our back for support. Piece of junk!! Leather looks great, but recliner is worthless!! Do not buy. Hate to think of what would of happened if had bought one that started out soft and comfy. The quality of Macy's furniture is not to be trusted!!
