Nice chair

Before I got this chair, I had lower back pain every night. Now my back doesn't kill me and I can do things at night rather than sit on the couch like a lump!

SO SAD

Cannot be assembled, parts are damaged, very difficult to pack. So I wanted to return it in store, but they said it could only be done online. It was very heavy when I moved it, and now I have to figure out how to pack it back.
