Warning….A frustrating chair

For starters, this chair comes completely disassembled and the assembly instructions are not the easiest to follow or understand. Secondly, just as I thought the chair was assembled, the instructions informed me that the power source for the message feature on the chair is not supplied and must be purchased separately. I confirmed in the product details that no where in the details does it mention that the power source is to be purchased separately. Overall, the chair appears to be of good quality, once you put it all together. Just keep in mind that you will need to purchase the power source to make the message feature work.
