The skillet can be safely used on any heat source, including induction. Comes with a spacious 8" heavy gauge base heating plate suitable for any size cooking hob. With a ribbed grill and a flat skillet side by side, you can grill meats or fish on one side while frying eggs, vegetables, or pancakes on the other: calling all superstar chef multitaskers! The MasterPan cast aluminum 2-section skillet has a thick base ideally designed to balance heat flow evenly, and features a removable ergonomic handle for safe maneuvering. Our products are dishwasher safe, as well as PFOA, lead, cadmium, and heavy metal free.
