Puzzle NOT received but I was charged for it.

I purchased 5 puzzles. But only 4 were shipped. The Father & Son puzzle was NOT in the box. I have contacted the seller - but they are insisting I received all puzzles and I did NOT. I couldn't be more frustrated with this seller. Terrible customer service.
