Quality over time is poor. Drawers have lost tension and when pushed closed pop right back open. Several are no longer sitting evenly in the opening. Track system is poor.

Amazing quality

GREAT QUALITY! Picture is accurate in color. Truly amazed me upon delivery. Exceeded my expectations. It is my first furniture purchase from Macy’s , and I am not disappointed I chose Macy’s over Basset, my normal future place. Now adding accessories too! Macy’s furniture and home goods will definitely surprise you!

Quality craftsmanship.

Plenty of storage inside. Although pricey, it’s greatly quality and craftsmanship that you’re paying for. The design fits really well in our room and matches our bed.

You will love this piece

When you buy from Macy's, you not only get a quality product, you get quality service to match - from the sales clerk all the way through their 5-STAR! (would give them 10 if I could) white glove delivery service. Overall we are fns of Macy's furniture (and even have an original Frankel dining room they sold in 1942).

Amazing Matteo Chest!

Love this Matteo 6 Drawer Chest! There is so much room ! Love the rich, beautiful color! The drawers close evenly and smoothly. Delivered without a scratch in perfect condition. I highly recommend this chest.

This is a BEAUTIFUL piece of furniture

This BEAUTIFUL piece of heavy wood furniture came to the house with the GREATEST saleslady, MICHELLE @ Brea. . It is a heavy piece of furniture and can NOT say enough PRAISES about this Chest. In fact loved it so much....bought the bed & bureau to match. LOVE IT****

A beautiful piece of furniture.....but

I received this beautiful piece of furniture damaged. There was a piece of styrofoam apparently glued to a corner of the furniture. Removing it would cause further damage to the piece, so it was returned to the manufacturer. I really love the bedroom set and it is really a lovely set. The drawers on the nightstand slide in and out with ease. The wood is of high quality. At this point, I will wait for a new delivery. Good things are worth waiting for.
