No assembly manual

Great bed, but chose white glove delivery and realized they did not give me the assembly manual. When I called Macy's, they told me I had to go with their vendor, but phone number they gave me is not in service. Unsure if I will be able to re-assemble the bed properly in my new place...

I used this bed for 4 years and just realized it caused issues to my mattress because the support in the center was not leveled properly. The layers of wood were not even and some of them don't have support at all. This is not covered by the warranty so they can't do anything. Be careful before buying!

Very Happy

I ordered the Queen Bed in 2019 but decided to wait to write the review and see how it goes. I love the bed, it looks very Classy and Modern at the same time. Storage Drawers are very deep and run smooth. The Queen Mattress I got from Macy’s is smaller than the bed so the Slats are visible all around and since not stained, so doesn’t look good. I suggest they should be stained the same as the bed. I went ahead and ordered 2 Full beds for my Grand daughters and they love their beds.

Excellent unit

An excellent product with good pricing !! This is a well builded furniture with nice designing inside out. I haven't seen any other furnitures with such protective packaging upon delivery. I will strongly recommend this set from the Macy's !

Love this bed

5 stars this bed is sturdy and the 6 drawers are very spacious. The white glove delivery is worth every penny. I live in a high rise apartment building. The delivery folks were professional they unpacked the furniture and had it assembled in no time. They took all the trash with them. I bought a Simmons foam mattress one that comes in a box and it fits great. Some have commented about the side slats showing but that is so you can tuck all your bedding in around the bed. I just let my comforter hang over. Love the bed!!

Beautiful bedroom set!

Beautiful bedroom set! Just be warned, it is tall bed due to the storage drawers. We have a tall mattress with a pillow top and I have to hop a little bit to get into bed (I am 5'2"). Just make sure you keep in mind how far off the ground you will be with a mattress!

What I Was Looking For

Bought this for our guest bedroom. I like the drawers feature on the bottom of the bed as the is no bureau in the room. Would recommend this item.

Beautiful Bed

This platform bed with headboard and storage is beautiful. We have had it for about a year and have it California King size. The drawers are very nice for storing bedding and it works well with our new mattress. No box spring needed at all. Due to the storage the bed is a bit higher but it looks great
