Skirt with flow

Pleated skirt is lovely but also difficult to match. The skirt is pretty transparent and hard to find a shirt style to match it. I wore a black long sleeve shirt because you can see the the white shorts slip it has since it is transparent. Needed more shirt options at the store for this skirt.
