Not as shown!

The order arrived and it wasn't from Macy's, but from who knows where. The pillow protectors are not gusseted as pictured. I thought I was ordering just the pillow protectors. I'm trying to get extra gusseted pillow protectors for the Hotel Collection down pillows I bought from Macy's. It would be great if Macy's offered extra pillow protectors to go with those pillows. Such a hassle to wash and dry them the same day every time I change the sheets. The non-gusseted protectors don't work well with a gusseted pillow. Come on Macy's! Please offer pillow protectors that actually work with the pillows you sell.
