I ordered the sofa online when the item first launched. It was a brand new item and not available in any store. I was warned about ordering a sofa I had never seen in person but rolled the dice...and paid the price. I ordered the Pearl color, expecting a beige/tan sofa with maybe a burlap texture or look based on the photos. What I received is essentially a plaid patterned cream sofa. In addition, the wait time was lengthy, nearly 4 months to receive this sofa. It was a new item that was being manufactured, so possibly to be expected, however, I was unaware of that timeline when I ordered it. As far as the sofa itself, I find it extremely comfortable, and I enjoy the clean lines and modern look. Perfect firmness in my opinion, it's a deep seat but you don't sink which would make it difficult to get up. If it was what I ordered, I would keep it. Instead I have waited 4 months for a couch, just to return it due to the inaccurate advertising of the fabric color and design.
