Great buffet server for family partys

I am very satisfied with this purchase, I used the buffet server to keep the dinner warm for Christmas as I started preparing the dishes since early noon and the warmer works great, you just need to make sure to set up the right temperature so it doesn't over dry/burn on the bottom of the trays. The only thing I would better is to have the ability to set up different temperature for each of the three trays, otherwise excellent product for family gatherings, the trays look small but they actually hold a lot of food in each of them.
