I was looking for a

I was looking for a kosher prenatal that had a lot of vitamins in it, and this has so many! It's two per day, so a bottle lasts about a month. I haven't ever had an issue with swallowing pills before, and don't have an issue with these either. I haven't gotten nauseous as I've heard can happen with other prenatals with iron. While it wasn't something I was aware of ahead of time, I like the eco-friendly-ness of a glass bottle.

I don’t really notice a

I don’t really notice a whole lot of difference in my hair, skin and nails and I didn’t experience much morning sickness but I have taken at all times of the day, full and empty stomachs and have not noticed any adverse reactions or upset stomach. Used with my first pregnancy and have got again for my second. I do take along with the mega food calcium and magnesium and do notice later in pregnancy if I don’t take those as will get leg cramps at night. Little pricy in my opinion but has great ingredients and worth it for my growing baby.
