As someone sensitive to megadoses

As someone sensitive to megadoses found in synthetic multivitamins, this has been the best purchase I’ve made in twenty years of supplementing. I can take this multi any time of day with or without food, it does not give me any side effects, and I’m relieved to find a product that is derived from food sources.
