Good starter multi vitamin with a whole food base.

This product is good for someone who is looking to supplement minimal gaps in their nutrition. It has methylated B vitamins which is always great in a multivitamin due to MTHFR. Unfortunately this brand includes some fillers in the supplement like silicon dioxide which is not preferred. However it does use a whole food base which is great! Just beware it is in a tablet form, so if you have any trouble swallowing tablets this may not be for you.
