I recently purchased a perfume from Macy’s and had a fantastic experience thanks to Jamila. Not only did I find a fragrance I truly love, but Jamila made the entire experience exceptional. I purchased 2 sets. Franco was helping me. I showed him 2 gift cards while browsing,which I wanted to use for the purchase. When I was about to pay he authorized another gentleman to take the me on another register and he asked for my macy’s card so he can credit the account. I told him I had told Franco I do not have it and he called Franco who said just open a email account and we will credit it there and I did that, when I proceeded to pay with the gift cards he told me since this product is $ 30 off each set (I got 2 sets) it is already discounted and the Macy’s gift card is also discounted so you cannot buy it with the gift card as per Macy’s policy. I requested him to atleast try, he said I had tried it for another customer earlier and it did not work. Can you please send me the policy for this particular product and in general. I want to share with friends and family who buy regularly from Macy’s so they are aware of the circumstances when the card will not be honoured.

I ordered this Fragrance Rabanne Mens Invictus Eau de Toilette Spray 6.8 oz. several times in the past and it has always smell great and lasted for hours, I received this Cologne on or about June 19th, 2025. and it was not what I expected the the scent was gone within two hours the bottle was not labled as in the past with the invictus logo on the bottle. it seems like a total knock-off. NOT THE ORIGINAL COLOGNE.
