Actual ring looks nothing like the picture

You can’t buy the ring in different sizes. They make more money off of you by size in the rain. My wife ordered the coat on Black Friday and there’s no sign in it anywhere. I’ve read reviews from people to say it takes forever to get it. I will never show Macy’s on Black Friday again.

Beautiful

Very nice looking ring. The sizing may run a bit on the small side or it could just be me. We'll worth the money if not purchased at msrp.

Worst customer service

I’m writing a review on this ring because the customer service refunded me the wrong amount and pretended to not be able to adjust a mathematical error on their end. I’ve talked to customer service 3 times and they’ve lied and said they couldn’t look at our prior conversations and that only had ten days to make a return. I didn’t even want to return it I just wanted my price adjustment done correctly. They said I would be contacted in 24-48 hours and that was almost a week ago, now I think about how terrible Macys was to me and I can’t even wear either ring with pride. DONT SHOP HERE, I certainly learned my lesson. Maybe I should resize to fit my middle finger since that’s basically what Macys said to me. They don’t care.

Looks good

A very good looking stone. It's actually a London Blue Topaz stone which is better yet. I wish it was a heavier stone for hardiness,at least a 7 c.t.. I also wish it was 925 silver. Mine is not as shiny and doesn't feel very heavy. The ring looks very nice otherwise. I'm still debating if i'm going to keep it.
