Never received the requested items

I would share my review if I had received either package that was supposedly sent. But all I get is a promise it's arriving today, everyday. When it isn't. That's almost two weeks ago since I ordered them. It would have been faster if Macy's would have dropped them in the US Mail. You need to revamp your logistics/delivery section completely.
