Macy's failed to deliver my order and my package was lost. Why would you ship through Doordash from California to Texas? Irresponsible order handling.

Great Fit and Feel, but Shrinks Easily

I love this shirt—the fabric feels high-quality and the fit is spot on. It’s one of those polos that always looks sharp, whether dressed up or down. That said, I do wish the material held up better over time. I’ve noticed it tends to shrink, even when washed with care. Still a favorite, but something to be aware of if you’re between sizes.

Poor Quality

I wore the shirt once, washed it and when I saw the shoulder seam was damaged. I went back to Macy's to exchange the shirt and the Lacoste salesperson made a thousand excuses not to exchange it, even saying that the shirt was old. Low quality product.
